Introduction
The developers of Snippet Repo Browser have developed a different plug-in for Eclipse, completely free, that able you to consult contents published on the Snippet Repo Browser website. A local copy of the title and the abstract of the published posts is created, making them available off-line too. You can also bookmark an unlimited number of posts.

Installation instructions

.:: Step 1 ::.Open Eclipse, select the help menu > Software Update...

.:: Step 2 ::.The Software Updates and Add-ons window will appear, select Available Software tab -> click Add Site... button.

.:: Step 3 ::.You will be asked to give a address of plugin, insert the following address: http://snippet.gnstudio.com/eclipseplugin/updatesite

.:: Step 4 ::.Select the Snippet Repo Browser Feature, and click Install button.

.:: Step 5 ::.To continue you must read and accept the license terms.

.:: Step 6 ::.A summary page will appear, to complete the installation click Finish.

.:: Step 7 ::.Eclipse will ask you to restart or apply change to take effects, click Yes.
Usage

.:: Step 1 ::.After having installed the plug-in and restarted the IDE, icons
appear in the top left side of the IDE.

.:: Step 2 ::.By clicking on the icon, you will get a tab that contains a list of all posts.

.:: Step 3 ::.By selecting an category, click List Category button
,
topics of this category will appear in the table.
Click on the topic, you can see whole content of the topic in the area below.
If you double-click the topic, the browser displays that post on Snippet Repo Browser website.

.:: Step 4 ::.If you want to comment for the selected topic or read other topics, just click "Read more..." link, the browser will display the Snippet Repo Browser website.

.:: Step 5 ::.To find topics with a specify text in a category, you select the category, and type the search content into the search text box. All topics have the search string in content will be showed in the table.

.:: Step 6 ::.Update new data: Plugin will check the new topic in the background if the online/offline button is enable (online). Clicking the Refresh button, all new data will be show if exist.

.:: Step 7 ::.Bookmark favorite topic: right click on the topic, select Add to Bookmarks, the plugin will add the selected topic into Bookmarks Library. To view all bookmarks, you click on the Bookmarks button.

.:: Step 8 ::.To remove a topic from bookmarks, click on the Bookmarks button,
and then right click on your topic, select Delete From Bookmarks. 
Change Preferences Snippet Repo Browser In Eclipse Plugin
If you want to change the preferences snippet repo browser in eclipse plugin, please go to tag Window -> Preferences

In window Preferences, go to Servers -> Snippet Repo Browser Plugin Preferences. In online checker host box, please input the URL (ex: http:// ...) which you want to preferences to. Then choose 'Apply' and 'OK'
